Hanta test-centre software
IgM/IgG antibody tests, RT-PCR confirmation with subtype typing (incl. Andes-virus), travel history, contact tracing, DEMIS reporting under §7 IfSG. The cruise-ship Andes-virus outbreak makes travel-history a must.
Corona test software
Established market leader. PoC-Antigen, PCR, PoC-PCR, pool tests, vaccination appointments. Including DEMIS interface, billing exports, payments and CWA submission.
Influenza test software
Seasonal flu waves are predictable. Rapid-test and PCR workflow, ARE-Sentinel integration, DEMIS for notifiable subtypes (e.g. H5N1). Configurable on request.
RSV test software
RSV antigen rapid-test and PCR. Paediatric workflow, results sent to parents, automatic follow-up appointments after a positive result. Configurable on request.
Why a platform instead of single-purpose software?
When the next infection wave hits — Hanta, influenza, monkeypox or some new pathogen — test centres, pharmacies and practices are under pressure. Within weeks, a digital workflow has to be live. Anyone running a monolithic Corona-only solution is starting from scratch. Anyone using a modular platform flips the right module on and is operational within 24 hours.

- DEMIS interface — automated reporting to public-health authorities and the Robert Koch Institute for every notifiable disease under §6 and §7 IfSG. Integrated once, usable for every pathogen.
- Multilingual online booking — booking form with anamnesis, mobile/tablet/desktop ready. Anti-spam protection, captcha, GDPR-compliant.
- Sample shipping workflow — for modules without point-of-care testing (Hanta, some influenza subtypes, RSV confirmation): patient data is sent to the lab, results come back, automatically delivered to the patient.
- Payments — for self-pay tests: online payment (Mollie, Stripe, PayPal) and on-site payment (card terminal, cash). Payment status visible in the appointment overview.
- Billing exports — CSV exports for the statutory health insurance billing, with proof of entitlement.
- White-label mode — for multi-site operators, district health authorities, pharmacy networks: own logo, own colours, own domain.
- QR-code workflow on site — patient receives a QR code by email, gets scanned on site, test result is linked without typing.
- Digital test result — signed PDF, automatically emailed to the patient. For Corona, also CWA submission.
- Real-time dashboards — appointment load, positive rates, payment status, staff performance, multi-site comparison.
