The simple part — digital appointment booking
The patient books online via a clean booking form, fills in personal data and ground-of-entitlement, picks a slot. They receive a booking confirmation by email, plus a QR code for contactless check-in on site. Walk-in patients can be booked manually through the staff interface in seconds.

On-site workflow

Results
Results are delivered as signed PDF, automatically emailed to the patient.
Notification
Patient gets the result; on positives the responsible health authority is notified through DEMIS within 24 hours.
Payment
Self-pay tests can be settled online (Mollie, Stripe, PayPal) or on site (card terminal, cash). Payment status is visible in the appointment overview.
Corona-Warn-App / DCC
Test results are submitted to the German Corona-Warn-App and as EU Digital COVID Certificate, fulfilling the legal requirement for centre reimbursement.

Can I run special slots or block specific days?
Yes — both ad-hoc special slots and blocked days (public holidays, staff outages) are supported.
Do I have to buy your hardware bundle?
No. You can use any standard hardware. The bundle just saves you the setup time.
